Directions:

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While warming oven, fill the pot of soup with water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and follow the instructions on the box for cooking times (different brands have often different cooking time).

-While the cooking of pasta, combine the remaining ingredients in blender. Stir the ingredients together until they are blended harmoniously together. Take the ingredients until the pasta is cooking.

1/4 cup rolled oats (not instant)

1 tbsp sliced almonds

1 tbsp honey

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp. nutmeg to freshly ground

Directions

Heat your oven to 400 degrees f.

Spread OAT and almond flakes sliced on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake until this very slightly Golden, that this should take between 8 to 12 minutes depending on how close your heating elements are to the pan.

During this time, mix honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. If it is thick, warm slightly (I normally use raw honey, which is sometimes if thick is almost solid.)

Mix oats and almonds with the honey mixture. Flatten in a thin layer and cook for 5 more minutes. Let cool, then divide in clusters.

This grain is much served cold with a lot of milk or perfect to eat itself as a snack on the go.
