Add tuna flakes capers, lemon zest and lemon juice. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Making toast bread and spread with butter or margarine. Cover with slices of cucumber, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Divide the tuna mixture between slices of toasted bread and cover with mozzarella centres. Transfer to pan grill lined aluminium and paper under a hot grid heat until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley or lemon balm. Serve immediately while the cheese is still hot.
Tip: You can stack mixture of tuna on slices of bread grilled French, grill instructions and serve on a bed of mixed salad.
Avocado Mexicali Toasts
Ingredients
ripe avocado1 1 tbsp lemon juice1 trades onion1 pod garlic2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely choppedPinched dried egg thyme1, sauce Tabasco from beaten4 tbsp fresh white breadcrumbs3-4 drops or taste1 Worcestershire sauce2 large teaspoon of black pepper slices white of bleached breadFreshlyProcedure
A plate of cooking with a sheet of the line. Preheat oven to 425 degrees f. Cut in halves and scoop flesh lawyer in a mixing bowl. Add lemon juice and finely butt.
