Restaurant redo: Egg Rolls

All right you fans kitchen Chinese, it is a good. By making your own egg rollers, you can reduce the number of calories in half and virtually eliminate fat. But the best part about this recipe is the versatility he has. You can change the seasonings and vegetables for your tastes. Really, this is the method of cooking that is important here. mixture of cole slaw 1/2 package

onion powder 1 tsp

8 egg roll wrappers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté the slaw cole, onions, mushrooms, and seeds of beans in a pan for a few minutes, until the, they are hot and starts to wilt. Remove from heat, add the seasoning and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly. Spray a sheet with cooking spray or cooking oil. Place approximately 4 spoons soup mixture into each wrapper and fold according to package instructions. Put each roll on the baking sheet and spray lightly of oil. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Turn oven to grill and cook until the top of the egg rolls are golden brown. Flip rolls and Brown from the bottom.
