Make your own home mayonnaise, it's easy, fun and healthier commercial versions supplied. Commercial Mayo is made with unhealthy canola or soybean oil, which causes many health problems. And it is loaded with dangerous chemicals, preservatives and MSG disguised as a "natural flavouring or spice". 1 teaspoon mustard of Dijon-type
1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp whey
¾ 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt generous pinch

House ¾ Cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
Asparagus with horseradish sauce
2 lb fresh asparagus
House ½ Cup mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons freshly grated or prepared horseradish
mustard course or 1 to 1 ½ tbsp whole grain
Large 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Garnish: lemon zest, lemon wedges, strands of fresh parsley
Bring a pan of salted boiling water. Cut the difficult ends of the asparagus and cook in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Drain and plunge into an ice bath to stop cooking. Cover and chill.
Horseradish Sauce: mix the garlic, the horseradish, mustard and mayonnaise House. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.
Serve on chilled asparagus and garnish with lemon zest, lemon wedges and parsley expenses deadlines.
