Chicken Bhuna and Pilau Curry recipe

"bhuna" is not actually designate a curry - the word describes the process of cooking spices, where they are fried a medium to reveal their favours. Here is my recipe for chicken bhuna following this method of cooking. Chicken breast meat is added for spices and fundamentally cooks in its own juice.

You will need a few hours to prepare the recipe and 30 minutes to cook. It will feed 4 people, and it is worth!

The ingredients for the curry:

Chicken breasts6 4 tbsp plain yoghurt2 natural garlic cloves1 tsp garam masala1 lemon1 TSP turmeric1 tbsp paprika3 cardamomsSalt1 tbsp chilli1 tbsp cuminVegetable oilOlive oilFresh coriander ground

Rice Pilau ingredients:
2 cups basmati rice1 onion1 clove oil of fennel garlicCinnamon stick2 cardamom pods1 tbsp seedsVegetable

Method: Prepare chicken

1. For the yoghurt in a bowl with spices (garam masala, turmeric, paprika and cumin). Add the salt, pepper and cardamoms (husk removed) and to crush garlic.

2 Mix the ingredients with a spoon and then tighten in the juice of half a lemon.

3 Cut the chicken into small pieces and put in the bowl. Use your hands to completely cover chicken pieces in your marinade.

Method: Rice Pilau

1 Put a pan on a medium heat and add a teaspoon of olive oil soup. Finely chop the onion and once sufficiently hot, add to the pan and fry.

2 Wash rice in cold water and add to the pan with the onion. Crush garlic and add cinnamon, cardamom and fennel seeds. Mix rice and other ingredients well before paying the water completely on rice. Turn on the heat.

3. When the water starts to boil, you must leave boilding for 5 minutes. Then put the lid on the pan and turn off the heat. Let stand for 20 minutes.

Method: Bring the Curry

1 Put a pan on medium to high temperature and add a teaspoon of olive oil and of vegetable soup. Add the chicken to skillet and FRY until you are happy that the chicken had been cooked.

2 Add some garam masala and coriander to the Pan and continue to FRY on the other hand 30 seconds.

3 Flat until the rice in the pot on 4 hot plates and then add the chicken. I recommend to service with a peshwari naan bread hot.
