Lunch recipes popular around the world

Tired ole even bacon and eggs for breakfast?

Want to try new and exciting breakfast recipes but was afraid to ask? Well let me take this fear you.

My family and I love to travel and when we travel to new places, we love to experience the culture. Breakfast was always a key meals in our family naturally, we would like to know what the revenues of each breakfast culture have to offer.

I'll start your curiosity offshore with the lunch following three authentic recipes:

(1) Mexico - Atole (a drink hot creamy breakfast)

It is a delicious drink and it is also very satisfactory. It is one of the most popular beverage breakfast to the Mexico. I learned that the Mexico people drank all the time.

It is a thick drink the beverage is thickened with Maizena (corn or corn starch flour). I have been to Mexico four times so far and I have discovered that Atole on my most recent trip. My wife and I had a cup for breakfast, and it is divine.

The natives of the Mexico also use Atole to calm the stomach because it is alkaline based and as an additional benefit, the flavored smell can provide you with some aromatherapy. I would have to agree it was very relaxing with our Atole and listen to the waves. He did not probably not bad that we were on vacation!

(2) Ukrainian - Bulochky (Ukrainian buns or bread)

Food breakfast items vary depending on the region in Ukraine and some foods are available in certain seasons only. Breakfast recipe is reduced to me in a type and a good friend. His family is the Ukraine and this recipe is a basic meal.

Breakfast these Bulochky can be individually cooked like hotcakes or in a bread pan. You can use hot breads with jam, butter or honey.

A typical recipe for Ukrainian breakfast will include Bulochky with cheese aged sliced and fried eggs served on the sunny side and trimmed with cream sour.

For a breakfast heartier, Bulochky is served with potato pancakes, breaded veal cutlets, tomatoes and cucumbers. The natives in Ukraine eat this meal to work heavy manual work. I ate it because it

is delicious and satisfying.

(3) Malaysian - Roti Canai

I've lied... Roti Canai is not a recipe for breakfast, it should be at any time of the day. The difference between breakfast and dinner or any other time, is that you place on it. Malaysian enjoy it with their favourite curries anytime of the day.

For breakfast, I tend to put the hand with sugar or condensed milk. Roti Canai is thin and fluffy at the same time and it exceptional taste. It is by far one of my favorite snacks. Roti Canai is served in the small mom and pop stores throughout the Malaysia.

There was this one place in Kuala Lumpur which sold several varieties of Roti Canai but the life of me, I don't remember what is the name of this store. I suppose that the family will have to make another trip to Malaysia to find!
