1 (16 oz.) can canned crabmeat, properly drained8 ounces butter round crackers, crushed6 green onions chopped3/8 cup olive mazout1 soup spoon café Old Bay Seasoning1 mayonnaise1/4 cup Japanese bread crumbs (regular dry bread crumbs will also be) 1/2 tsp ground pepper1 dry teaspoon black mustardground cayenne for garlic powder1 eggsalt to taste taste1 teaspoon pepper

Procedure:

First of all heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. When oil is heated considerably, sauté green onions until they are tender. Take off the green onions and let cool a little. It is now time to prepare the patties. This mixture ingredients as the crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, green onions, sautéed, garlic, salt, pepper, crushed crackers, old bay seasoning powder dry mustard and cayenne pepper. With this mixture, form patties are almost ½ inch thick. All cakes are then covered with bread crumbs. Now these patties are deep fried. This ½ Cup of olive oil is heated in the pan on a medium flame. Dip patties in one by one carefully oil and FRY until they turn golden brown. Check both sides of the patties are cooked.
