Salsa Verde is green Salsa, and different types of Salsa Verde are available on the market. It can be very fun to create your own Salsa Verde and have your own "secret" recipe that only you know. Here is a simple recipe that you can use as the basis for your Salsa Verde.

Salsa Verde to tomatillo
clean the 8 to 10 average tomatillos (Mexican green tomatoes), hull and rinse.
2 to 3 green chiles (with jalapeño or Serrano) seeded and diced
2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon white sugar
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon + haché coriander
Cut the tomatillos in pieces and to put in a small saucepan with just enough salted water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until they are completely soft. Drain approximately ¾ of the water off the coast of counsel. Stir in chopped chiles, sugar and garlic. Remove from heat and place in a blender. Add coriander, give it a quick mixture while mixing. Remove to a serving dish, taste and adjust the salt to taste. This can be served hot or cold, with everything that you would red salsa with. Here's another way to serve Salsa Verde: once above salsa is cooled, just before serving, a lawyer from peel, remove the pit and place in Blender with salsa. Stir until all is smooth and creamy.
